d. A spherical RGP lens appears to be the best choice for the patient as it would cover the corneal distortion (eliminated by the tear layer) and based on the K-readings would probably also correct the astigmatism.  Sometimes with a distorted cornea the K-readings are not accurate and residual cylinder may be present, if on over-refraction there was significant residual cylinder a front surface toric RGP would be indicated.
